Law enforcement in Hopkins County are investigating a complaint today (Tuesday) involving a possible phony home health nurse.
            It was reported that a female was given access to a home in Dawson Springs by a patient.  The woman then reportedly accessed the patient’s prescription medicine as well as her personal medical file.
            The woman was described as white, five foot to five foot five with a medium build.  She has freckles, blue eyes and bright red hair with a dark streak.  She wore a t-shirt and scrub type pants.
            Police say no home health patient should allow any unknown nurse in their home who has not made an appointment, and should have proper identification.
            Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Dawson Springs Police, Madisonville Police or Hopkins County Crime Stoppers.
