39 year old Kenneth E Yarber, Jr. of Owensboro was arrested Wednesday afternoon on charges of manufacturing meth, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of a meth precursor and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
The fire was discovered the afternoon of August 5th where debris was discovered in the back yard at 537 J R Miller Blvd. Owensboro Police confirmed an alleged active meth lab.
