42 year old Robert Travis Goldsberry was with a group of people at the intersection of Cosby Drive and US 60 East when he allegedly assaulted a man by pepper spraying him in the face. Police then say Goldsberry retrieved a loaded shotgun and went for the man again. He then allegedly waved the gun at the crowd.
Goldsberry was arrested on five counts of first degree wanton endangerment.
