A person has been arrested after leading law enforcement on a vehicle pursuit in Daviess County Wednesday night.
According to Kentucky State Police, a suspicious vehicle was noticed at St. Williams Church. When a trooper tried to make contact with the occupant, the vehicle fled the scene and a pursuit lasted just over four miles until the driver stopped in a cornfield and fled on foot.The driver was identified at Steven E Roby, who was tracked to his residence where he was arrested. He was charged with a number of offenses including reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fleeing or evading and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
