The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans daytime closures on KY 862 in HOPKINS County starting today and running until the end of next week.
 
KY 862/Babe Nall Road/Smith Todd Road will be closed to through during daylight hours to allow drainage work between mile point 7.431 and mile point 9.338.  The crew working at this site on weekdays will provide access for emergency vehicles, as required.
 
Work in this area is expected to take about a week to complete.
