Owensboro Police reports a search warrant was served at 809 George Street after an alleged undercover buys of methamphetamine were made from the homeowner.
Inside, officers found approximately sixty-nine grams of suspected meth, and several items used to weigh, package, and ingest the substance.
41 year old James G Howard, Jr. was arrested on the drug and trafficking charges and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
