A domestic violence incident in Evansville Monday afternoon had led to an arrest.
            Evansville Police were called to 403 Richardt where it was alleged that Thomas Paul Wilson attacked his estranged wife and a child.
            Wilson had left before officers arrived but returned and was arrested.
            He allegedly kicked an officer during the arrest and made several threats to return to the home and burn it down as well as other threats to an officer.
            Wilson was charged with ten counts overall.
