Evansville Police say 39 year old Rebecca Kratzer was last seen on Thursday in the area of Virginia and Governor at about 2:00pm in the company of Scott Wayne Chappell.
Chappell has charges pending with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department.
Police say the pair were dating and that Kratzer did not go willing as Chappell was extremely angry with her.
Chappell has previous arrests and convictions for rape and criminal deviate conduct and should be considered dangerous.
Anyone with information of either area asked to call 9-1-1.
