Evansville Student Arrested After School Incident Wednesday Night

A high school student is in custody after allegedly threatening other students at his Evansville school Wednesday night.
Evansville Police say the 16 year old was arrested and charged with felony criminal recklessness, two felony counts of intimidation with a weapon and felony trespass.
The incident started last (Wednesday) night at Bosse High School when the suspect got into an argument with members of the band during a break.  He allegedly confronted one of the students after their practice, which led them into school where he reportedly pulled a bb-gun, made to look like a handgun.
As the suspect tried to leave, a parent, Edward Stocker, tackled the suspect and held him down until police arrived.
Investigators are interviewing students to determine if more charges will be filed.
