An Ohio County woman is under arrest after she allegedly stole funds from a bank.
According to Kentucky State Police, an investigation began in May after officials with Commonwealth Community Bank in Hartford noticed missing funds.
The case alleged that 49 year old Debra Hart of Hartford had unlawfully taken an undisclosed amount over a two year period.
The case was presented to the Ohio County Grand Jury on July 7 which later returned an indictment order.
Hart was arrested today (Tuesday) on one count of theft by unlawful tanking over ten thousand dollars or more. She was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
