A Clay man was arrested for drug and other charges following an incident in Henderson early this (Tuesday) morning.
            At 1:30am, Henderson Police received a possible drug activity complaint at an apartment at 1629 South Main Street.
            They found 21 year old Erik L Hartley at the apartment allegedly attempting to toss a bag of marijuana.
            Hartley was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
