The Hopkins County Grand Jury has come back with indictments against twenty-eight people.  Amongs them, Gerald Frederick of Nortonville on one count of attem pted murder of Bradaley Furgeson and second degree persistent felony offender.
          32 year old Joshua Gipson of Madisonville was charged with first degree rape of a two year old and criminal abuse in the first degree.
