The Hopkins County Grand Jury has come back with indictments against twenty-eight against twenty-eight people, among them, Gerald Frederick of Northonville on one count of attempted murder against Bradaley Furgeson and second degree persistent felony offender.
          32 year old Joshua Gipson of Madisonville was charged with first degree rape of a two year old and criminal abuse in the first degree.
          And the Grand Jury charged 39 year old Eric Graham of Madisonville with first degree rape of a child under twelve, first degree sodomy and sexual abuse, pertaining to incidents in 2003 and 2006.
