Hopkins County Woman Indicted on Murder Charge

            A Hopkins County Grand Jury has indicted a woman for the death of four year old that took place in April.
            The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department this (Tuesday) afternoon arrested 24 year old Kelley M Kirby of Earlington for Murder and Criminal Abuse.
            The child died while allegedly in Kirby’s care and investigators were originally told the child was injured in a fall.
            The case was presented to the Hopkins County Grand Jury where the indictments were returned.
            Kirby was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
