Evansville Police have confirmed the identity of a man found shot to death this (Monday) morning.
            24 year old Cedric Jamall Watt of Henderson was found in the 1000 block of West Deleware just after 3:00am.
            Watt was found lying on the sidewalk and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Vanderburgh County Coroner’s office.
            Evansville Police are still investigating the case and ask that anyone with information on this case to call 812-436-7979.
