Juveniles Charged with Recent Owensboro Burglaries
An Owensboro juvenile, recently reported missing was charged this (Tuesday) morning with a string of burglaries. According to Owensboro Police, the 17 year old was located early Tuesday in the 300 block of East Parrish Avenue. Items allegedly in his possession were later identified as items stolen from various locations in the city. The teen was believed to have been responsible for burglaries at three churches as well as Cheri Care on Sweeney Street. He was charged with five counts of third degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. A sixteen year old juvenile has also been charged with one of the church burglaries after a laptop computer and a credit card were alleged to have been recovered. He was charged with third degree burglary.
