A Madisonville man was arrested Thursday on a Child Porn charge.
            Kentucky State Police began an investigation in June that led to the arrest of 25 year old Mark E Melton on one count of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
            KSP was assisted in the investigation by the Madisonville Police Department and Hopkins County Attorney’s office.
            Melton was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
