A member of the Madisonville Sanitation Department is credited for being in the right place at the right time yesterday (Wednesday).
            Around 3:00pm the employee noticed a woman had fallen at the corner of Main and Center Streets.  Madisonville Fire Department were next to respond to render aid, then the Madisonville Police to control the scene, followed by Medical Center Ambulance to take over patient care.
            The patient ultimately refused transportation to the hospital.
