A man has been arrested in Henderson over the weekend after allegedly breaking in the Henderson County High School.
            Henderson Police responded to the school in the noon hour Sunday and found 21 year old Cody M Burns, listed as homeless, inside the building.
            Burns attempted to flee, according to police, but was located and arrested on a third degree burglary charge.
            He is lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
