One person was arrested in Henderson County early Thursday morning on domestic and drug charges.
            The Henderson County Sheriff’s Department responded to the True Vine Plantation Inn on Highway 41 North at about 1:00am on a possible domestic violence call.
            Inside the room, they found 23 year old Orvey Gabino Diaz-Perez, who allegedly assaulted 22 year old Brandy Kirtley.
            Deputies also found alleged marijuana plants.
            Diaz-Perez was arrested on fourth degree assault and cultivation of marijuana charges.  He was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
