An Oldham County man was arrested in Daviess County after being wanted on charges in his home county.
            The Daviess County arrested 37 year old Brian K Dolan of Cretwood on charges of first degree unlawful imprisonment and theft by unlawful taking of an automobile.
            According to reports, Dolan had allegedly tied his mother with duct tape and placed her in the up-stairs bathroom so he could leave his Oldham County residence.  He then allegedly took his mother’s vehicle and drove to Owensboro.  His vehicle broke down just before he was to have arrived at his intended destination, which was The Passionist Nuns Missionary.
            As he walked to his destination the sisters became concerned and called the Sheriff’s Department where they placed Dolan under arrest.
