A reported shooting in Owensboro Sunday night led to one man injured and another under arrest.
            Owensboro Police responded to Chuck Gray Court just before 11:00pm and found 42 year old Scotty M Miller with a gunshot wound to the arm.  He was transported to Owensboro Medical Health System then later to Jewish Hospital in Louisville where he was listed in serious condition.
            Authorities were led to 6510 Lilac Court in Masonville where, after 9:00am today (Monday), they arrested 59 year old Michael W Carter on charges of first degree assault, first degree wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
            He is lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
