An Owensboro man escaped injures from a first vehicle crash Tuesday night but not from the second that happened moments after.
            According to Owensboro Police, a crash occurred at the intersection of West 24^th and Frederica Streets, just before 10:00pm.
            As one driver, 31 year old Christopher B Gant, was out of his vehicle to speak to the other driver, he was struck by a third vehicle who approached the scene, driven by 19 year old Amber Whittaker, also of Owensboro.
            Gant was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for his injuries.
