Semi Overturnes on I-69 in Caldwell County Tuesday



            A driver of a semi escaped injury from a crash on I-69, formerly the Western Kentucky Parkway, in Caldwell County this (Tuesday) morning.
            According to KSP, 63 year old Kenneth B Hopper of Oran, Missouri was about six miles west of Princeton just after 6:30am when he apparently fell asleep at the wheel.  His tractor trailer left the right shoulder, struck an embankment and overturned on its passenger side.
            The truck was hauling eggs at the time of the crash and on lane remained close during cleanup.
            Hopper was cited for log book violations.
