A traffic stop in Henderson Wednesday led to three arrests.
            KSP Vehicle Enforcement stopped a vehicle on North Green Street for an alleged obstructed windshield violation.
            The driver, 30 year old Mary Bell and a passenger, 24 year old Holly Howard, both of Morganfield, were found to be in possession of alleged controlled substances.
            37 year old James Fletcher, also of Morganfield, was charged with giving officers a false name and address, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, wanted for a parole violation by the Kentucky Parole Board and being a fugitive from Saline County, Illinois.
            All were lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
