Three Injured in Thursday Work Zone Crash in Crittenden County



            A deputy jailer was among three people injured in a work zone crash Thursday in Crittenden County.
            According to the Kentucky Transportation County, it happened on US 60, east of Marion in the morning hours when a driver of a SUV collided with an unloaded log truck in a work zone.  The SUV skidded out of control and struck a highway crew support vehicle and two highway workers and the deputy jailer.
            Only the deputy jailer is still at Crittenden County Hospital with a possible concussion.
            The crash caused a diesel fuel leak which kept the site restricted to one lane for about two hours.
