A three vehicle crash on the south bound Twin Bridges in Henderson today (Friday) sent two to area hospitals.
            At 12:30pm, the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department reports an unknown vehicle stopped on the bridge due to a flat tire.  68 year old Sandra Wells of Newburgh stopped abruptly to avoid a collision, but was hit from behind by a dump truck, driven by Peter Remer of Poseyville, Indiana.  That caused Wells’ vehicle to spin and collide with a semi in front of her, driven by Mark Reinicke of Evansville.
            Wells was transported to St. Mary’s in Evansville.  Remer was transported to Methodist Hospital.
            The south bound bridge was shut down for about an hour due to the crash.
