An anonymous tip has led Evansville Police to the arrest of two men Wednesday night.
            The tip alerted officers to 1808 Van Bibber where police used a search warrant led to the alleged find of items inside that indicated meth was being manufactured.  Although no active labs were found, police did find stripped down lithium batteries, starter fluid, psedoephedrine packs, and other chemicals used to make meth.
            Arrested on manufacturing meth charges were 24 year old Nathan Kirby and 32 year old Alvin Grisby.
