A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane on US 60 at OWENSBORO on Tuesday, February 12, 2013.
 
Motorists should be alert for lane restrictions on US 60/The Wendell Ford Expressway at Bittle Road and Frederica Street where a contractor will be completing some corrective deck work on overpasses.  These overpasses are along US 60 at mile point 12.011 and mile point 14.398.
 
Motorists should be prepared to encounter slowing and merging traffic as they approach these locations on US 60.  Traffic may be shifted through the day to accommodate the work.
 
These work zones along US 60/The Wendell Ford Expressway at OWENSBORO are expected to be in place from about 8:00 a.m., CST, to about 4:00 p.m., on Tuesday, weather permitting.
