A Webster County man, wanted for the alleged murder of his estranged wife Tuesday, has been captured in Illinois.
            KSP reports 41 year old Billy C Utley was located just before 9:00am at the Cave-In-Rock Motel and surrendered without incident.
            Utley is reported to have shot Theresa Utley in Wheatcroft with a high powered rifle.
            Billy Utley was taken to the Hardin County Illinois Detention Center awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
