A woman was arrested Wednesday night following a hit and run that took place in Evansville last month.
25 year old Ashley Huggins was arrested and charged on felony hit and run charges.
Evansville Police say Huggins allegedly fled the scene of a crash on September 10 where the other driver’s car flipped onto its’ side. The other driver suffered injuries, as well as Huggins’ four year old daughter that was left with the child’s father while Huggins reportedly ran from the scene.
Child Protective Services was contacted and has been involved in the case.
