An alleged altercation at an Owensboro Rest Home Thursday resulted in one man injured and another arrested.
            The call at 9:25pm at Rosedale Rest Home on Sutton Lane led Owensboro Police to find the victim, 63 year old Gerald Kennedy, with laceration wounds to his head and face.  He was transported to Owensboro Medical Health System for treatment.        
            Police arrested 57 year old Nelson L Barbee on a charge of first degree assault.  He was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
