A two vehicle crash in Henderson County occurred this (Wednesday) morning and one of the two was a Henderson County Deputy Sheriff’s cruiser.
            Kentucky State Police worked the 10:00am collision that occurred on Larue Road at Kinsey Lane, when 30 year old Andrew Overton of Evansville stopped in the road.  The Deputy Sheriff, 42 year old Sgt. Richard Lawrence, began to overtake Overton’s vehicle in a passing zone.  Overton reportedly failed to see Sgt. Lawrence passing him and turned into the cruiser, sending it into an embankment.
            Neither driver was injured in the crash.
