A man has been arrested after alleging racing another vehicle in Evansville yesterday (Wednesday).
            At 12:20am, Evansville Police reports 25 year old Torie Carter crashed his car while racing another car near the intersection of Washington and Lodge.
            Police say he failed a sobriety test and was arrested operating a vehicle while under the influence.
            No other vehicles were damaged in the race and Carter was not injured.
