Woman Arrested in Henderson Friday after Hit and Run

A Hit and Run in Henderson Friday afternoon sent landed a Henderson woman in jail.

            Henderson Police responded at 1:17pm to Washington and Meadow Streets where the crash was reported.
            Police met up with the vehicle in question at Atkinson and Powell Streets where they arrested 28 year old Brittany Kitchens. She was charged with first offense DUI, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of marijuana and other charges.
            She was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
