A domestic violence incident in Evansville Monday night has led to an arrest.
            According to Evansville Police 23 year old Montarious Cheatem allegedly grabbed his live in girlfriend by the throat and threw her onto the floor.
            Officers found Cheatem outside the 1320 South Grand residence and arrested him on a domestic violence charge.  The victim was uninjured.
            Police say Cheatem was also arrested on multiple felony domestic charges in February.
