An altercation in Evansville Sunday night led a shooting, leaving one person dead.
            Just after 7:00pm Evansville Police responded to the 500 block of South Denby.  An argument, they say, started between a 17 year old female and a 19 year old male.   As the girl’s 79 year old grandfather tried to assist, the 19 year old threatened to use a stun gun against him.  That’s when police say the grandfather fired once in alleged self defense.
            The 19 year old died at the scene.
            The incident is still under investigation.
