An Evansville man has been arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor.
            Evansville Police reports 20 year old Andrew S Otto was arrested Wednesday on six counts of the charge.
            Police spoke to a female juvenile at Holly’s House where she told them Otto allegedly made inappropriate contact with her on several occasions.
            Otto is lodged in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
