Madisonville Police say wet roads were the cause of an early morning crash in Madisonville.
            At 12:22am today (Monday), 24 year old Glendell Phelps, II was on McCoy Avenue and began to hydroplane, causing him to travel down and embankment.
            Phelps was transported to Baptist Health Madisonville for his injuries.
