A pair in Henderson County were arrested after an alleged meth lab was found Thursday afternoon.According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s office, deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant at a residence on Mill Street in Smith Mills. The husband, 44 year old Timothy A Vanover met deputies at the front door while 35 year old Jamie R Vanover allegedly bolted out the back.
A brief foot pursuit led to the apprehension of Mrs. Vanover.
Deputies later found a large amount of alleged items used to manufacture meth, along with a loaded, high powered rifle, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Both Vanovers were arrested and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center under a no bond.
