Two Arrested after Traffic Stop in Henderson Friday
A traffic stop in Henderson County late Friday has led to two arrests. The Henderson County Sheriff’s office reports a deputy stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Watson Lane and US Highway 41 North, driven by Christopher Courtney of Sebree. An consent to search led to a find of alleged items needed for making methamphamine, along with a substantial amount of a white crystal substance, believed to be meth, as well as a hand gun and several rounds of ammunition. Courtney, along with a passenger, 18 year old Rachel Amos, were arrested on the drug, and other related charges.
