A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic on KY 266 in Henderson County starting on Wednesday, November 6, 2013.
Lane restrictions along KY 266 from the KY 136 intersection at mile point 0.0 extending southward to Midway Road at mile point 1.814 is to allow asphalt paving along this section. This is between Corydon and Smith Mills.
Motorists should be alert for one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers starting about 7:00 a.m., Wednesday. Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and paving crews are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
Rogers Group is the prime contractor. The paving work is expected to take about two days, weather permitting.
