Henderson Man Accuses of Impersonating a Police Officer



            A Henderson County grand jury indictment resulted in the arrest of a Henderson man on a charge of impersonating a police officer.
            It was alleged that 62 year old Thomas E Davis confronted Robert Frederick and Neil Hall on September 2 at the Rally’s restaurant in Henderson and the two believed Davis was a police officer as he allegedly requested their identifications.
            The investigation was presented to the Grand Jury on Tuesday where the indictment was handed down.
            Davis is scheduled to make a court appearance on Tuesday.
