Suspicious Vehicle in Hopkins County Monday Morning Leads to Two Arrests



            A suspicious vehicle compliant this (Monday) morning in Hopkins County has led to two arrests.
            Just after 6:00am, Kentucky State Police went to check on the vehicle, parked in the travel portion of the road, one mile east of Earlington on Flat Creek Road.
            Two men were found passed out in the vehicle.
            Both men were arrested.
            With the assistance of the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department, the driver, 34 year old Joshua T Skinner of Madisonville was charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, carrying a concealed weapons, no registration plates, failure to maintain insurance, public intoxication and having an open alcoholic beverage.
            The passenger, 37 year old Daniel T Morseman of Hanson was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
            Both were lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
